2. PawStory Service
PawStory is a pet care and memory application designed to help organize pet information, care activities, reminders, nutrition information, health-related records, memories, stories, family information and other pet-related content. Features may vary by app version, device, operating system and subscription status.
3. Your Content
You remain responsible for the information, photos, videos, memories and other content you add to PawStory. You should only add content that you have the right to use.
4. Offline-First Design
PawStory is designed to provide core functionality locally on your device. Some optional features may require an internet connection or third-party services, including subscription billing, optional backup and place lookup where available.
5. Premium Subscriptions
PawStory may offer Premium features through paid subscriptions. Available plans, prices, trials and included features are presented through the applicable purchase interface and may change over time. Subscription purchases are processed through the applicable app-store billing and subscription services.
Cancellation and Renewal
Unless otherwise stated at purchase, subscriptions may automatically renew according to applicable store terms. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the relevant app-store subscription management tools.
6. AI and Health Information
AI-assisted health insights and symptom-related information are informational only and must not be treated as veterinary diagnosis, emergency advice or a replacement for professional veterinary care.
7. Smart Nutrition
PawStory may provide nutrition calculations, feeding guidance, food rotation and related information based on information entered into the app. These recommendations are informational and should not replace professional veterinary or animal-nutrition advice, particularly for pets with medical conditions or special dietary requirements.
8. Reminders and Notifications
Reminder and notification features are intended to assist with organization. PawStory does not guarantee delivery of every notification because delivery can be affected by Android settings, battery optimization, permissions, device state and other factors.
9. Backups and Data Preservation
You are responsible for maintaining backups of information important to you. Where backup or export functionality is provided, verify that a copy is available before deleting local data or changing devices.
10. Third-Party Services
PawStory may integrate optional third-party services. Use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse PawStory, interfere with its operation, circumvent security or subscription controls, reverse engineer the service except where permitted by law, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
12. Intellectual Property
PawStory's software, branding, interface, original graphics, text and other materials provided by PawStory are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for rights expressly granted, no ownership rights are transferred to you.
13. Availability and Changes
PawStory may be updated, modified, suspended or discontinued in whole or in part. Features may change when necessary for maintenance, security, compatibility, legal compliance or product development.
14. No Warranty
PawStory is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, PawStory does not guarantee that every feature will operate without interruption or error on every device or system configuration.
15. Limitation of Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, PawStory is not responsible for losses arising from device failure, loss of locally stored data, missed reminders, third-party service outages, inaccurate information entered by a user, or reliance on informational health or nutrition guidance.
16. Privacy
Your use of PawStory is also subject to the PawStory Privacy Policy.
