Delete Your Data
PawStory is an offline-first pet care and memory application. PawStory does not require users to create an account. Most pet information and memories are stored locally on your device.
How to delete data stored in PawStory
- Open the PawStory app.
- Use the available delete or removal options for the pet, memories, records, media, or other information you want to remove.
- To remove remaining local PawStory data from your device, uninstall PawStory or clear the app's stored data through your Android device settings.
Optional cloud backups
If you have explicitly used an optional cloud backup service, a copy of your information may exist with that service. Such cloud copies may need to be deleted separately using the deletion controls provided by the corresponding service.
Subscription information
PawStory does not require an account for app usage. Premium subscriptions are processed through the configured app-store billing and subscription services. Subscription and transaction information may be processed by RevenueCat and the applicable app-store billing provider for purchase, entitlement verification, and subscription management.
